First, coolant would corrode the metal on the bolts, weakening them to the point where the heads would pop right off. Cylinder heads can and will be heat straightened, and a 3 angle valve job is performed. Cylinder blocks are bored and or honed to proper specifications. Crankshafts are machined and plasti-guaged to proper factory specifications. Oil pumps are replaced.
